Envisioned as a flex/event/exhibition space and semi-public garden, this proposed adaptive-reuse project seeks to breathe new life into 2 adjoining derelict commercial buildings in the historic downtown of a small community. The primary goals of the project are to retain the historic building fabric, provide a useful community amenity, and provide an economically conscious roadmap for owners/potential investors of other distressed properties to consider.
